You don't have to be a member to attend our meetings or join our runs!
Membership Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or over
- Hold a valid California driver's license
- Have a minimum coverage of P/L and P/D vehicle insurance
- Own, or have unlimited use of, a four-wheel drive vehicle that has been approved by the club Safety Committee
- Have participated as a driver in at least three (3) official club trips and attended at least four (4) club meetings within an eight-month period
- Pay the $24 annual membership fee
- Be a member of CORVA
Vehicle Requirements
- Roll-bar, roll-cage, or hard-top approved by the club Safety Committee
- Seat belts for all occupants approved by the club Safety Committee
- First aid kit, including a snakebite kit
- Fire extinguisher that is fully charged
- Gasoline sufficient to complete the run
- Spare tire, tire jack, and changing tools
- Tow hooks, and/or hitch balls, securely mounted at both ends of the vehicle
- Antenna or pole with flag mounted at the highest point
- Battery hold-downs
- Tie-downs required for any loose items
